Return Policy Statement

I. Return Conditions

 
Due to the complex and cumbersome overseas shipping procedures and the inability to guarantee the customs clearance time, generally speaking, products that have been ordered and successfully paid for within 24 hours are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, the transaction fees already incurred will be borne by the buyer.

Unless all of the following conditions are met:
The quality of the product is problematic. The product is damaged, which affects its usability and appearance.
The item must be returned in the condition it was received, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
 

II. Return Process

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Goods returned without prior application for return will not be accepted by us.

IV. Damage and Problem Handling
Please check the goods upon receipt of the order. If you find any defects, damages or have received the wrong items, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and handle it properly.
 

V. Non-returnable Items The following types of items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants, etc.)
Customized products (such as special orders, personalized products, etc.)
Personal care products (such as beauty products, etc.)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Promotional items and gift cards.

VI. Exchange Policy
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the current item first. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
 

VII. Refund Policy
We will notify you whether the refund is approved after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
